Assignment 01

Precedent Studies 

Explore and examine design documentaries, case studies, short stories, films, video clips, or collections in order to identify a research problem, issue, intriguing concept, or contemporary art and design direction. This process will help you choose a topic. As part of your assignment, you need to choose three previous studies from the creative industries. These studies may involve artistic direction, marketing or promotional strategies, design solutions, creative ideas, and more. You have the freedom to consider art, design, and creative perspectives while selecting your precedent studies, and they should be relevant to your chosen topic.

Task Requirement :

  1. Make observations and begin your investigation

  2. Choose your "Area of Interest" (Topic/Issue/Possible Ideas or directions, etc..) from the given topics

  3. Ask critical questions

  4. Make some initial assumptions.

  • PowerPoint Presentation​

  • PDF (Approximately 15 Slides)

  • Cover Pages (Excluding from the 15 slides)
